There is nothing worse than not understanding how property is measured in the country where you wish to invest. Thailand has its own property measurement system and at times can become very confusing. Consult a conveyancer in Thailand about conversions and how to understand the land measurements  in Thailand.

Many of the property contracts in Thailand is worked in Wah and not Meters as it would in the West and converting 1 square wah to 1 square meter can create frustration and confusion.
